Return Policy

Noka Supply returns are free and easy! You may return any Noka Supply product within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.

The steps are simple:

1. Request a return within 30 days of purchase. You can choose a refund to your credit card, a gift card for store credit, or an exchange.
2. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label for you to print.
3. Package up the product in the original box, and attach the shipping label.
4. Drop off the package at your nearest US Postal Office.
5. Once we receive your return, we'll make sure it looks alright* and then issue your refund, credit, or exchange.

*Please keep in mind that any returned product must be unused, and returned in its original packaging.
