The Benefits of Morning Routines (Part 2)

Remember, the best morning routine is the one that caters to you, but here are a few suggestions to effectively start your day.

Loosen your muscles with a foam roller.

This will increase blood flow, improve your range of motion, and increase your chances of avoiding future injury.

Do a short exercise session.

Exercise can enhance your mental and physical health, and it does not really need to take that long. Give yourself 10-15 minutes to stretch and get moving. These sessions can immediately make a difference on your health.

Read a book or listen to a podcast.

Reading is a great way to improve your mind and vocabulary, stimulating your brain and entertaining you at the same time. Podcasts can be listened to during another morning task such as showering, eating, or getting dressed.

Make your bed.

Making your bed every morning is accomplishing your first task. After gaining that small sense of pride and accomplishment, your productivity will rise and lead to you completing task after task.

Organize all your pills and supplements in a Nokabox.

Snag a Nokabox pill organizer to make sure your entire week of pills, divided by day and AM/PM, are packed and ready to go before you even leave your house. It's easy-fill design won’t add another lengthy task to your morning routine.
